We have made every effort to ensure the slab rates, deduction limits, and rebate thresholds are accurate as of the date shown. However, we make no warranty — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the results for any particular purpose. Tax laws change. Always verify figures against the official Income Tax Department of India portal at incometax.gov.in.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any tax liability, penalty, interest, or financial loss arising from decisions made based on this tool's output. Use of this calculator is entirely at your own risk. The maximum liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the premium unlock, if any.

Payment and Refunds

The premium unlock is a one-time payment of Rs.49 processed via Razorpay. The unlock is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation and is stored in your browser. Because the premium features are delivered immediately and digitally, payments are non-refundable once the unlock has been granted. If you experience a technical failure where payment was deducted but the unlock did not activate, contact us within 7 days for resolution.

Premium Unlock Scope

The premium unlock applies to a single browser on a single device. Clearing your browser data or switching to a different browser will remove the unlock. We do not offer cross-device sync. The Rs.49 payment grants permanent access within the same browser session and local storage.

Prohibited Use

You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute this tool or its output for commercial purposes without written permission. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the tool's logic for a competing product.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
